My friend Belva, over at Mainely Mug Ups, posted her Chocolate Cake recipe today, and I will be trying it out this weekend. If it is half as delicious as it sounds, well, it will be quite a treat! Go check out her Blog. She is writing her first book, and is having one of her poems, The Maine Lobsterman, published as well. Reading her posts makes me a little homesick (her daughter and I are the same age, and we lived across the street from each other growing up).
